Toon Sagat

Toon Sagat (Street Fighter) for Character Creator 3. I was inspired by an exaggerated version of Sagat I saw from another artist... my apologies, I don't know his/her name and don't want to take create for the image if I post it. I had footwraps for him, but they didn't rig well for some reason.
